Almond Butter Cookie Skillet

1 cup almond butter

1 cup all natural pure cane sugar

1 egg

Choc. chips/chunks

 

Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix almond butter, sugar and egg. Add choc. chunks.

Pour and press into a cast iron skillet.

Bake for 15 min.
